Wandering around the 10th about 4 years ago, having only heard fokelore about Bob's - I stumbled upon his little Gem, unfortunately closed for the day but I had the pleasure of meeting Marc AKA Bob. The maki, most of their salads and soups, and the green juice are all winners. Starbucks talks a big game about third place, but Bob's Juice Bar actually embodies it! Hos Bobs Juicebar i Svendborg kan man få frisk, lækker og sund mad og drikke. im guessing they dont care about yelp or they'd update this. It also seems to be the only place you can get spirulina added to your juice too - nature's wonder with 75 different minerals in it.

Real fruit, seriously, I saw the guy cut up the fruit too. Well actually it's not so hidden as the bright blue exterior will catch anyone's eye.

It's a little slice of New York or Philadelphia in Paris, definitely a hidden gem.Very cool little spot with delicious sandwiches, salads and fresh juices, at very reasonable prices (the set menu works out at about 12€ for sandwich juice cookie and coffee).
