2 stars. We were on the 4th floor and was very worrying our little one could open the window with no problems. The hotel pool was really cold as the sun doesnt reach it until around 2pm. Pool is very very cold.
The rooms are paper thin and its not nice to hear adults f ing at their own kids at midnight .this seemes to be the norm around this hotel for this reason i wouldnt return .not the hotels fault but not relaxing or nice to hear. Worth doing apart from on our last day it stopped at 1pm which basically cost €40 for nothing as we didn’t get to use it. Sorry if Sunclub didn't reach your expectations, we work hard to keep all our guest happy, as a family destination we do have entertainment until 23 pm and the bar closes at 24 after that time our team try our best to keep the noise under min level , when you came(16th of October )it's very nice time to chill out, enjoy the city without the big queues comparing with the ones you would find in August, but it has a price the weather is not so hot .... kindest regards from sunny SpainDefo pros and cons of the hotel/apartment.

Pool was too cold to go in. Paid for all inclusive drinks which is €15 for adults and €10 for children which you have to pay for the whole party. When the receptionist said how was your stay and I said “noisy” she just shrugged her shoulders.
