My room was not newly renovated because they had none available but it was very clean and I got it at a very good rate. Regarding the hotel staff attitude, we are sorry to read that we gave you a bad impression as all the guest need and have to be treated fairly. A few minor issues but nothing that would prevent us form recommending this hotel.

Breakfast is average, rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms. The front desk staff were very helpful in mapping out how to get to Terminal 3 from the drop off point. Breakfast was not great. Another thing to add is that the airport holds a large amount of travellers who are customers who are most likely tired so whoever had the idea to to send a girl at 8:45 to check if our mini bar needs filling may need to rethink that hotel strategy as it woke us all up!!

Maids use the deadbolt keep the doors open when cleaning rooms, letting it bounce agaist the doorframe! The room was very nice and comfortable. They were very understanding and managed to give us a twin room. The free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was a great asset! The Best Western Charles de Gulle airport is not in CDG airport at all. I found the room clean and cozy, the staff was nice and able to speak English not only French. We will check the room you stayed in to ensure that it works properly.
overnight stay at this very large hotel. très propre joli décor personnel attentif mal isolée phoniquement salle de bains un peu petite pas assez chauffée eau tiède dans la baignoire distributeur de savon trop haut pour les enfants lit confortable boisson chères au restaurant plats très bons bien présentés mais pas de buffet le soir de notre séjour parking payant cher et difficulté à avoir un chariot pour les bagages. I was here as part of a coach party the hotel itself is very good clean and very secure coach parking at the rear of the hotel, the area the hotel is in can be a bit dicey but still ok, Maybe there is a few shops close by but I didn't find them I did venture out one night and walked into another hotel bar for a few beers Breakfast in the morning is a bit tame but still ok for what you pay Spent the night at this hotel when my flight was cancelled and the airline put me up here. Restaurant could have been better stocked for breakfast, some mornings there was no bread and only eggs for a hot breakfast option but overall we were happy with our stay and the value for money we received. In the morning we went for the breakfast and from 120 USD with breakfast included we arrived to over 140 euros JUST for the room and the breakfast was 20 euros EACH!!! They said they will have a person in charge delivery them to our room but nobody came till the last day of our stay. Paris Nord 2 International Business Park is minutes away. it was one night due to delay in airfrance flight to Barcelona real 5 stars hotel trendy good variety breakfast you can explore nice near by attraction by foot helpful staff very big rooms with nice views the hotel in general is ok ,but... first the room price is just the start dinner start with 23 Euro and then breakfast is 18.5Euro and parking is 15 euro more. Hotel agréable, environ 15 minutes de Roissy CDG par la navette. There is a bus that makes a loop from the airport to the hotels. We could hear the music being played next door and I was awoken several times by other guests conversations in the hallway.
